1. Surface hardening
Surface quenching refers to a heat treatment method that uses rapid heating to austenitize the surface layer and then performs rapid cooling (quenching) to harden the surface without changing the chemical composition and core structure of the steel.
2. Sandblasting
Sandblasting is a process that uses sand or iron particles sprayed at high speed to hit the surface of the workpiece to improve part of the mechanical properties of the part and change the surface state. Sand blasting and shot blasting have similar processes, but the main difference lies in the diameter of sand particles. This process is mainly used to improve the mechanical strength, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of parts. It can also be used for surface matting, descaling and eliminating residual stress in casting, forging, and welding parts.
3. Knurling
Knurling is the use of hard rollers or rollers to press on the surface of the rotating workpiece at room temperature and move along the generatrix to plastically deform and harden the surface of the workpiece to obtain an accurate, smooth and strengthened surface, or a specific pattern Treatment process.
4. Drawing
Under the action of external force, the metal is forced through the mold, the cross-sectional area of the metal is compressed, and the technical processing method to obtain the required cross-sectional area shape and size is called the metal drawing process. The tool that makes it change shape and size is called drawing die. Wire drawing can be made into straight grain, random grain, corrugated, thread, etc. according to the needs of decoration.
